"We now have a new lifetime chart-topping experience. Up till this point the top honors went to a one hour Suzuki Samuri adventure that we put our wives through on the Bordeaux Mountain Trail in St. John, a trail that is best left to the mountain sheep only. Our Baja adventure was like the Bordeaux Mountain trail multiplied by 1,000 minus 100 dB screams from wives. We’ve talked about doing something like this for a long time and the trip that you put together for us was spot-on! The silt beds and the climb up to Huatamote Pass were the technical high points for me. After an hour of the Whoops on the Old Puertecitos Road I actually got to the point of developing a rhythm and enjoying the darn things. And what’s better than four-wheel air with a “drift to port”? Too many great pieces… I could go on and on!"
